Regan Archer grew up in Wisconsin and has lived in Illinois, Ohio, and California before he and his family finally settled in Colorado.  Regan, his wife Kelly, and four daughters love the Colorado life, playing in the mountains, and their home in Broomfield.  

Since 2005, Regan has considered it a deep privilege and honor to walk alongside families as they make their dreams of homeownership come true.  He has seen the real estate market through its peaks and valleys and thrives on helping families and friends take advantage of each market cycle.  During the recession, he helped a host of families avoid bankruptcies and foreclosures by becoming a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has navigated the tricky waters of Short Sales with ease.   

Regan conducts his business and life with a deep sense of integrity, honesty, and always puts the needs of his clients first in the most professional manner. He offers a unique skill set to the industry by being licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer.  This allows him to simplify the process, tighten communication, and ensure that families not only get the home of their dreams but the best mortgage possible! 

Regan is a family man and loves spending time with his wife and daughters. Like a true native to Colorado, Regan loves the outdoors and hiking.  He plays guitar and enjoys working out. Regan also has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies at Denver Seminary and serves the community through a local church, Family in Christ in Westminster.
